We are a Tech startup from California founded by Cybersecurity professionals with over 20 years of Industry experience in the IT GRC domain.
While we have been providing quality IT GRC Consulting services to help our clients establish functional ISMS and Governance frameworks, we identified the need for an easy to use IT GRC software that should be affordable and easier to maintain. That need has been now addressed by our GRC-Now offering. GRC-Now is easy to deploy, use, scale and it has very low maintenance overhead. This is achieved by the automation of the mundane tasks to ensure the data is not stale. Added with the cloud hosting, it relieves the typical maintenance overheads of the infrastructure.

We founded this tech startup in 2016 with the objective to develop and offer the conceptualized IT GRC solution. We have gone through two generations of the developments before the 3rd generation rollout. The current offering meets our objectives and ready for the mass consumption and utilization and has been the result of our customers feedbacks who consumed the prior two generations.
